Statement
PURE Fitness offers private and small group fitness training, group exercise classes (Boot Camp, Zumba, Yoga), and therapeutic massage. The owners of PF, Wendy Wormal and Mike Jett, are both CSCS certified and hold master's degrees in health/fitness. Wendy is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Mike teaches in the Health/Sports Science Department at the University of Louisville. PF Boot Camp classes are rapidly becoming known as the best in town!
