  • At Mellwood Art Center we cater to the Artist who wants to work when they want to work.  

  • We maintain access for Artists that use our facility 24 hours a day. 

  • We have studios from the basic "Art Box" to the extravagant Gallery.  

  • Please come visit us from 10am to 5pm and we will show you our facility

For the Visitor

  • For our guests who want to visit our facility to review the creations and items for sale.

  • Artist set their own times and open door policy

  • The best time to visit is Thursday, Friday, Saturday

UTILITIES

 

Some spaces are metered for utilities, with tenants paying those costs each month.  Tenants in un-metered units comprising up to 250 square feet pay $25 / month for electricity.  In spaces above 250 square feet, tenants pay $.10/square foot for electricity.  Tenants in spaces with private sinks pay $25/month for water.  Many spaces, including some smaller than 250 square feet are metered for utilities depending on amenities present.
